Vegan Chocolate Pecan Baked Oatmeal
This vegan chocolate pecan baked oatmeal is a cozy way to start the day. It tastes great, is full of healthy ingredients, and is perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Vegan chocolate chips for topping optional
Instructions:
Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C
Put rolled oats, cocoa powder, chopped pecans, baking powder, and salt in a bowl
The dry ingredients should now have maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract added to them
Mix everything together well
Put the mix into a baking dish that has been greased
Put it in the oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the top is set and the edges start to brown
Take it out of the oven and let it cool down for a few minutes before you serve it
You can add vegan chocolate chips on top before serving if you want to
