Couscous for Salsa Verde Chicken Quinoa
This couscous recipe is a perfect side dish to complement your Salsa Verde Chicken Quinoa. It's light, fluffy, and packed with fresh herbs for a burst of flavor.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup couscous
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
Bring 1 1/4 cups of water to a boil in a medium-sized saucepan
Add the salt and couscous and mix them together
