Couscous for Salsa Verde Chicken Quinoa



This couscous recipe is a perfect side dish to complement your Salsa Verde Chicken Quinoa. It's light, fluffy, and packed with fresh herbs for a burst of flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup couscous
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

Bring 1 1/4 cups of water to a boil in a medium-sized saucepan

Add the salt and couscous and mix them together

Then put the lid on the saucepan and take it off the heat

After 5 minutes, use a fork to separate the grains of couscous

Cooked couscous, chopped cilantro, chopped parsley, and olive oil should all be put in a large bowl

Mix everything together until it's well blended
