Low Carb Strawberry Quesadilla



With this low-carb strawberry quesadilla, you can enjoy a sweet treat without feeling bad about it. You can't go wrong with sweet strawberries and gooey cheese wrapped up in a crunchy tortilla.

Ingredients:

  • 2 low-carb tortillas
  • 1/4 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free sweetener

Instructions:

Place one tortilla on a non-stick skillet over medium heat

Spread half of the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on the tortilla

Layer sliced strawberries over the cheese

Sprinkle sugar-free sweetener over the strawberries

Top with the remaining shredded mozzarella cheese

Place the second tortilla on top

Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom tortilla is crispy and golden brown

Flip the quesadilla and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the other side is also crispy and golden brown

Remove from the skillet and let it cool slightly before slicing into wedges

Serve warm and enjoy!
