Grilled Lime Salmon with Avocado-Mango Salsa
This Grilled Lime Salmon with Avocado-Mango Salsa is a refreshing and flavorful seafood dish that's perfect for a summertime meal. The tangy lime marinade enhances the natural flavors of the salmon, while the creamy avocado and sweet mango salsa adds a delightful contrast.
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 limes, juiced and zested
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 mango, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Warm the grill up to a medium-high level
Put lime juice, lime zest, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and mix them together
Spread the lime mix on the salmon fillets
Seared salmon fillets should be cooked all the way through after 4 to 5 minutes on each side
Make the salsa while the salmon is on the grill
Honey, olive oil, lime juice, salt, pepper, chopped red onion, chopped cilantro, chopped jalapeno, and diced avocado should all be mixed together in a medium-sized bowl
Combine well
As soon as the salmon is done, take it off the grill and top it with avocado-mango salsa
