  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

Put salt and pepper on both sides of the swordfish steaks and season them with blackened seasoning

In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat

A swordfish steak should be cooked for three to four minutes on each side, or until it turns black and is fully cooked

Put the sriracha sauce, lemon juice, coleslaw mix, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl

Don't mix the ingredients together

To make the sriracha mayo slaw, mix everything together well

In the skillet, toast the hamburger buns until they get a little brown

Put a swordfish steak that has been blackened on the bottom half of each bun

Then, put a lot of sriracha mayo slaw on top of each steak

To finish the sandwiches, put the top half of the buns on top of the slaw

Enjoy while hot!
