Blackened Swordfish Sandwiches with Sriracha Mayo Slaw

Ingredients:
- 4 swordfish steaks
- 1 tablespoon blackened seasoning
- 4 hamburger buns
- 2 cups coleslaw mix
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
Put salt and pepper on both sides of the swordfish steaks and season them with blackened seasoning
In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat
A swordfish steak should be cooked for three to four minutes on each side, or until it turns black and is fully cooked
Put the sriracha sauce, lemon juice, coleslaw mix, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl
Don't mix the ingredients together
