Macadamia Nut Ice Cream Pops
Creamy and nutty, these macadamia nut ice cream pops are a delightful treat on a hot day. They offer the perfect blend of sweet creaminess with the crunchy texture of toasted macadamia nuts.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts, toasted
Instructions:
In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and salt over medium heat
Stir until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is heated through, about 5 minutes
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract
Allow the mixture to cool completely
Once cooled, stir in chopped macadamia nuts
Pour the mixture into ice cream pop molds
Insert sticks into each mold
Freeze until solid, at least 4 hours or overnight
To serve, run warm water over the outside of the molds to loosen the pops
