Chocolate Chip Pancakes - My Honeys Place

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • Cooking spray or additional melted butter for the pan

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt

In a separate bowl, beat the egg and then add the buttermilk and melted butter

Mix well
